I’ve always believed that movement is one of the most powerful tools we have for living well, both physically and mentally. Born and raised in Hong Kong, I grew up playing a variety of sports and continue to compete in basketball today. As a lifelong athlete, I’ve had my fair share of injuries and those experiences helped me truly understand the physical and emotional toll that pain can take. Those experiences showed me not only the importance of recovery, but also how life-changing it can be to move without pain. As a chiropractor, my goal is to help people feel pain-free so they can get back to doing what they love, whether that’s playing sports, chasing after their kids, or simply moving through their day with ease. While I love working with athletes, I’m just as passionate about helping people who are new to movement or looking for a sense of community through sport. I believe movement should be accessible, empowering, and even fun, and I’m here to support each person in building confidence in both their bodies and their health.

My personal passion for my field came from two different sources: (1) having family members suffering from conditions leading to chronic pain, stress, and anxiety; and (2) my personal background in competitive sport, leading to me becoming a badminton and golf coach. It was because of these experiences that I decided to pursue an education relating to this, ultimately graduating with a Bachelor of Science and Kinesiology from Western University, followed by my degree of Doctor of Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Although I absolutely love working with recreational and weekend athletes, I also have an unwavering interest in working with people suffering from chronic aches and pains! My personal healthcare philosophy is to not let anyone fall through the cracks and to ensure that everyone I treat receives the care and strategies they need to make a positive change in their life.
